Airbnb files it under "treehouse", but it is a proper handmade villa with a kitchen, a king bed and private pools.

The pools

Two private pools are set into the rock on the cliff edge, with spectacular views over the jungle and coastline. This is a private pool villa on Koh Phangan with a very natural feel: stone-lined, shaded by trees, and open to the sea breeze.

Good to know: the pools are filled with water from a nearby waterfall. After recent rain the water is sometimes not completely clear, but it is always fresh and clean.

The deck and hammocks

Multiple outdoor spaces to unwind, including plenty of hammocks and a spacious deck, ideal for yoga, stargazing or a first coffee with a Koh Phangan villa ocean view. Watch the light move across the bay through the day, down to the last orange glow behind the mountains.

At night the walkway to the villa is lit by fairy lights, and with no road to the door it is a good place to stargaze.

Good to know before you come: Our staff meet you at the boat and carry all your luggage, and any food deliveries, up to the villa and back down again. The way up is a short jungle path of about 5 minutes, uphill in places and uneven underfoot, so it is not step-free: wear sturdy shoes or sandals. If you have limited mobility, message us before you book. A couple of friendly geckos share the villa and keep the mosquitoes down. It is the jungle, so keep food sealed because monkeys can be curious, but there is nothing to be afraid of.

Wi-Fi in the villa, with 4G/5G as a backup. Please come prepared: there are no banks or ATMs nearby, and the nearest mini-mart is about a 10 minute walk.
